Why I like it

I really like the informality of microblogging. When your posting to an actual blog it just seems like you can't make mistakes and that you have to write to your readers and write about what they care about. Microblogging is so informal its great. There are also tons of new microblogging services popping up like twitter, pownce and posterous. When people read your microblogs they want to learn more about you and not just what you're blogging about and that is why I like it.

How I got into it

I first got into microblogging by just surfing the web and hearing so much about twitter. I decided to make an account and loved it. Through my feeds and other sources I found pownce, which is like twitter except more for sharing files, links and videos and such.

What I plan to do with it

The great thing about microblogging is you don't have to plan you just post about whats on your mind right now.
